HAND FORGED BOWLS & Vessels
I’ve always been drawn to making bowls, vessels and other catchments. These ubiquitous objects are a critical piece of our day-to-day; they hold our coffee, our keys, soil for house plants and various other items that need organizing. I’m excited to offer a couple of varieties to start that may be used to hold things for you!
Our Horizon Bowl mimics the majestic Mission Mountains that make up our valley to the east. This relatively small, but amazing range shoots up nearly 7000’ off the valley floor. As a tribute, we hand carve a Mission Mountain skyline into our Horizon bowl and then fold and forge the steel to create a unique bowl.
Bowls are forged, wire brushed and then finished by quenching in a non-toxic oil to blacken, seal and prevent rust.
Bowl dimensions are roughly 6” diameter by 3” depth.
Color finish in these bowls is a black with a gradient to blue and purple.

Our Copper Rivet Bowl is one of my favorite pieces to make, mixing a forged crease with a line of copper rivets.
Bowls are forged, wire brushed and then finished by quenching in a non-toxic oil to blacken, seal and prevent rust.
Bowl dimensions are roughly 6” diameter by 3” depth.
Color finish in these bowls is a solid black in contrast to the brightness of the copper rivets.
