Wholesale Information for Meridian Farm & Forge
Thanks for your interest in carrying our products! We work with select retailers throughout the United States and now England and are happy to provide additional information. Some basic information below:
REtailers
We can’t offer wholesale pricing to individuals. That would not be fair to all of our retailers! We require that you have a business venture with the intention of meeting below requirements and making repeat orders throughout the year.
Minimum Order
The minimum order requirement for forged goods varies. Some specific examples below, happy to provide comprehensive quotes based on your interests.
buckles: minimum of 10 buckles per order.
belts: minimum of 10 belts per order per color
Other pieces, minimum wholesale order of $500.
Wholesale Pricing
We can send current wholesale pricing on our items - just ask!
Custom Work
We routinely do custom work for our retailers - please inquire! Assuming bulk quantities, we aim to create solutions that will meet our retailer’s budget and function within a wholesale/retail scheme. Custom work may or may not incur development fees, depending on the project. Further, if we develop designs for our a retailer (at no charge), we reserve the right to offer those designs to other buyers.
Payment terms
We require payment up front before work can commence. Most pieces are made to order. We can accept checks or direct deposit. Credit/debit payments incur a processing fee of 3%.
Retail pricing
The buyer/retailer can determine their retail price independent of Meridian Farm and Forge
Exclusivity
We typically do not offer or require exclusivity on our products, however we generally aim to not have retailers stepping on each other’s toes if they are in close proximity to each other. Some designs are specific to certain retailers and are not available to others - please inquire.
Exchanges and returns
We very rarely have an issue with products! If there is an issue, please reach out and we will get things figured out.
Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/retailer. We will invoice for shipping.
Lead times
Lead times vary and we can figure out a lead time upon ordering. Lead time is established from time of payment. Everything is made to order, and there is high demand for our products. If you need something by a certain time, let us know and we will aim to accommodate. Otherwise, please assume most orders will be available in 2 - 4 weeks.
